This dish is a blend of things I love. Creamy yet airy burrata cheese with sweet heirloom tomatoes plus cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and perfectly crunchy sour dough croutons all tossed with a tangy white balsamic dressing. Seriously, just recounting this is making my mouth water. This scrumptiousness was served at wilshire restaurant in Santa Monica. They have been consistently delicious for a long time now.
