210/365 - AAAAAH, it's QUINOA!

Quinoa (pronounced keen-wah) is my new favorite grain. It's healthy (good source of protein and fiber) and super quick to cook. It's also yummy hot or cold so I always make more than I need and use it as a base for salads the next day. Added bonus for some folks - it's gluten free. This shot is a combo of red quinoa and regular quinoa.
