Sometimes, the best dinner is a non-cooked meal. Especially when it's hot weather. Who wants to heat up the apartment with a stove unnecessarily? Not I! I must point out one thing on this plate that is homegrown - the muscat grapes. These muscat grapes are grown in my friend's yard in Burbank. They are so sweet and tart. Literally, you can taste the muscat. So nice. Bon Appetit.
