293/365 - Religious architecture

Architecture has always fascinated me. Ancient or modern. Small or Massive. Estates, Cottages, office buildings, bridges, cathedrals and more. They've all got a story to tell. I'm always interested. Last night I was driving home and passed a temple for the millionth time. I finally pulled over, got out and snapped a few shots. It was drizzling lightly so not the greatest conditions for photography! This is shot outside the big, fancy gates of the Los Angeles California Temple. It's the second-largest temple operated by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located on on Santa Monica Boulevard in the Westwood district of Los Angeles, California.
