When it comes to one's sense of smell, it's quite a personal thing. Whether you are sensitive to fragrances or not, you probably know what you are attracted to, and what you are not. I've always loved perfume and recently have had the chance to learn about how they're created by chemist and perfumer, Sherri Sebastian.
