My niece, Hannah, loves to cook. After we read an intriguing excerpt in a dessert cookbook late at night, we agreed to make Spun Sugar first thing in the morning.It was actually a very simple process with only 3 ingredients: sugar, water and cream of tartar. We did it! We'll do it again in the future to improve our sweet technique,. YUMMALICIOUSLY TASTY SUGARY GOODNESS.
